Q&A: About the Gas Cylinder
Due to transportation restrictions on pressure vessels, customers need to purchase the gas cylinder separately. Required item: 16g food-grade carbon dioxide gas cylinder with 3/8"-24 TPI threaded interface (standard type). Where to buy: Available at local convenience stores, supermarkets, outdoor gear shops, or online stores (search keywords: "16g food grade CO2 cylinder 3/8"-24"). Use only food-grade carbon dioxide gas cylinders (do not use other gases).

Regarding operation:
1.Pour 18g of ground coffee into the portafilter. Place the portafilter on the portafilter holder, then distribute and tamp the coffee grounds.
2.Put the filter screen on top of the coffee grounds, then fasten the retaining ring securely.
3.Pour boiling hot water into the water reservoir.
4.Flip the portafilter upside down and place it on top of the water reservoir, then screw on the locking ring (ensure the locking ring is tightly fastened).
5. Install the pressure regulating valve onto the machine’s air inlet to start extraction. When the pressure reaches 9 bar, immediately close the pressure regulating valve via the knob to stop air intake and pressurization. Once the extracted coffee reaches 35g, open the relief valve to release pressure. During this period, you can also adjust the relief valve lever for variable pressure regulation.
